Guarantees

The AUBRUN DELCROS DELABRE & Associates Genealogical Office is a member of the "Syndicat National des Généalogistes", and as such is submissive to the obligations of its charter of professional code of ethics.

Under its overlook, we have subscribed to a responsability guarantee from Sécurité Nouvelle/Mutuelles du Mans Assurances and a financial guarantee from Sécurité Nouvelle/Le Mans caution SA.

The Office has signed the good practices code edicted in 2004 in partnership with the "Conseil Supérieur du Notariat".

The Office has also received the agreement concerning the practise of Law as a secondary activity, following the rules edicted by the Minister of Justice, on the december 19th, 2000 and on the December 1st, 2003.

Finally, the Office has the right to act as an accredited representative of foreigners, in the case of inheritance devolutions due to heirs from foreign countries, through its membership of the "Syndicat National des Généalogistes" (Instruction of the september 6th, 1995).
The "Syndicat National des Généalogistes" is a member of the Genealogist Union of Syndicates, representing 75% of the profession, and the main interlocutor to the State. On this behalf, it has collaborated with the Chancery to define the artcle n° 36 of the law of the June 23rd, 2006, concerning the reformation of successions, and giving official recognition to the profession of heirs research.
